Internal Coordinator

About the Role:
May - August 2026; 4 month co-op with possibility to extend to an 8-month
This is a hands-on opportunity for someone eager to gain meaningful experience across multiple
facets of a growing tech company. Youʼll take on real responsibility, work on diverse projects, and
gain exposure to the finance, administration, and operations behind a mission-driven business in
the tech and government services space. Expect to learn something new every day, build practical
skills that stick, and collaborate with a driven and welcoming team.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Youʼll work directly with the Business Manager in a fast-paced, collaborative role that supports the
day-to-day operations of the company. Your responsibilities will span core business functions,
including:
Financial and accounting support – Assist with bookkeeping, reconcile receipts, track
expenses, pay bills, issue quotes, invoices, and support payroll preparation.Office & operations administration – Keep the office running smoothly by managing
supplies, coordinating travel and accommodations, responding to inquiries, and supporting
calendar/meeting management.Documentation & project support – Maintain and organize internal documentation, training
manuals, and project records; help plan and track operational projects.HR administration – Support onboarding and offboarding, assist with training sessions and
team-building events, and ensure records are accurate and up to date.Sales & marketing support – Help execute a full content calendar across platforms,
including social media, email campaigns, website updates, print/digital materials, online
course management

Youʼre organized, resourceful, and ready to take on a wide range of challenges. You donʼt just want

Weʼre looking for someone who:
Has excellent written and verbal communication skills
Brings strong organizational ability and attention to detail
Tackles new tasks with initiative and enthusiasm
Can manage multiple projects and communicate openly about timelines and priorities
Has familiarity with QuickBooks, Float, or other accounting/finance tools (preferred)
Brings general technical savviness and adaptability
Bonus Points if you have:
Experience with Squarespace, Canva, or content creation tools
Experience with HR administration or employee support tasks
